92prk Terms & Conditions

1 Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 92prk website accessible at 92prk.org, including all games, sportsbook, casino, account, and payment features.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform and uses its services.
• "Account" means the individual account created by a Player upon successful registration.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by 92prk subject to wagering requirements, distinct from real-money Balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by 92prk prior to processing withdrawals.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, transactional, and customer support functions made available through the Platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To open an Account and use the 92prk Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 92prk operates a strict 21+ policy and will terminate any Account found to belong to an underage individual, forfeiting any balance held therein.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or trustee for any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 92prk or any of its affiliated companies or technology providers.
• You have not previously had an Account terminated by 92prk for breach of these Terms.
• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

By completing the registration process, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change. 92prk reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming your identity, age, and address at any time.

3 Account Responsibilities

Each Player may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether in the same name, under different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balances held.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes.
• All activity conducted through your Account, whether or not you authorised it.
• Ensuring that no third party accesses your Account. 92prk will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where reasonable security measures have been offered to you.
• Notifying 92prk immediately via Live Chat if you suspect any unauthorised access to or misuse of your Account.

92prk implements SMS-based two-factor authentication and encourages all Players to enable this feature. Account security is a shared responsibility — we provide the tools, you apply them.

4 Deposits & Payments

92prk accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the cashier and are subject to change without notice.

Key deposit conditions include:

• All deposit methods must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be refunded or held pending investigation.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmed receipt by 92prk's payment processor. Mobile wallet transactions (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay) are typically instant; bank transfers may take up to one business day.
• 92prk does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges for which 92prk accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits made for the sole purpose of receiving a bonus and then immediately withdrawing funds without genuine play may be considered abuse of promotional terms and may result in Account restriction.
• 92prk reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposits in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.

5 Withdrawals & KYC

Withdrawal requests are processed only after successful completion of the KYC verification process. 92prk is required to verify Player identity before releasing funds, and this requirement is non-negotiable regardless of the withdrawal amount.

Standard KYC documentation includes:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or statement confirming the deposit account or wallet belongs to you).

Additional withdrawal conditions:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. If the original method cannot receive funds, 92prk will work with the Player to identify an alternative verified method.
• Processing times: mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay) are typically processed within 24 hours of approval; bank transfers within 2–3 business days.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the cashier and are subject to periodic revision.
• Withdrawals requested while active wagering requirements remain on Bonus Funds will be processed only against the real-money portion of the Balance.
• 92prk reserves the right to impose additional verification steps for large withdrawals at its sole discretion.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

92prk offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 92prk promotions:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players only. 92prk may restrict bonus eligibility based on Player location, history, or verification status.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings at expiry.
• Bonus Funds may not be transferred, exchanged, or withdrawn. Only winnings generated after full completion of wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• Wager contributions towards wagering requirements vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, including Teen Patti and Andar Bahar, may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion.
• 92prk reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through bonus hunting, hedging strategies, or use of multiple Accounts — will have bonuses forfeited and may have their Account restricted.

7 Gaming Rules

All games available on the 92prk Platform — including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, slots, live dealer games, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and accept the relevant game rules.

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game mechanics conducted in certified studios.
• Sports betting odds are set at 92prk's discretion and may change prior to settlement. Accepted bets are binding subject to the sportsbook rules applicable at the time the bet is placed.
• In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or disputed outcome, 92prk reserves the right to void the affected wager and refund the stake to the Player's Balance. Winnings generated from a clearly erroneous result will not be paid.
• The minimum and maximum stake limits for each game are displayed within the game interface and are subject to change.
• All wagers placed are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed by the Player, except where 92prk has specifically offered a cash-out or in-play settlement feature.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 92prk Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent verification process.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to process proceeds of crime or to obscure the origin of funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games, including Teen Patti tables.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with the Platform.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional terms in a manner not intended by 92prk, including multi-accounting and stake hedging.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment reversals with your bank or payment provider after funds have been used for gaming. 92prk will pursue recovery of funds subject to illegitimate chargebacks.
• Interference: Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the Platform or its underlying technology.
• Prohibited Access: Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 92prk Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, text, design elements, and the 92prk brand name and mark — is the exclusive intellectual property of 92prk or its licensed content providers.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 92prk.
• Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. Your use of the Platform does not constitute any ownership interest in any content or technology.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92prk, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or downtime caused by circumstances beyond 92prk's reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party payment processor failures, or force majeure events.
• Any losses resulting from your breach of these Terms, including losses arising from Account suspension or Balance forfeiture.
• The accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information provided on the Platform for any particular purpose.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 92prk's total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 92prk makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.

11 Suspension & Account Closure

92prk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Compliance with a legal obligation, regulatory instruction, or court order.
• At the Player's own request, including for responsible gaming purposes.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's own request or 92prk's administrative decision (and not as a result of breach), any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of KYC, less any amounts subject to active investigation.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account should contact the 92prk support team via Live Chat. Account closure requests for responsible gaming purposes are processed with priority and without requiring reason.

12 Responsible Gaming

92prk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for adult players. We believe that gaming should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or personal harm.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 92prk Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your Account dashboard. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of Account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, and, where you have consented, marketing communications.
• 92prk will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where legally required.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data subject to legal retention obligations. Please direct such requests to our support team.

14 Amendments to These Terms

92prk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players by email or via an on-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Clause 11.

The current version of the Terms and Conditions is always available on this page and is identified by the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this document.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming licence framework under which 92prk operates. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, 92prk encourages Players to first contact our support team to seek an amicable resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English under internationally recognised arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

92prk operates the Platform for the entertainment of users who access it voluntarily. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 92prk makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or available in all locations.
